Adecco Cork are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Client's team as Temporary Administration Support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative company, providing essential administrative support across various departments.
Location: Little Island, Cork
Part-time Temporary role (16 hours per week)
Pay rate €13.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general office tasks, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Provide excellent reception services, including answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team members.
Support the coordination of meetings and events by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
Collaborate with various departments to assist with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both in physical and digital formats, to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for team members as required.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined administrative procedures.
Support the management of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous administrative or office support experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work well under pressure.
