𝐓𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Deep knowledge of network systems, server infrastructure, and production-focused IT.
- Familiarity with industrial software, including ERP and MES systems.
- Flexibility to provide after-hours support as required.
𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬:
- Proficiency in networking (Dell/Cisco) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with MS Server 2018, Azure, and ITIL frameworks.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
- Expertise in security, servers, storage solutions (Dell), and SQL Server management.
- Competence in managing high availability systems, as well as backup and recovery processes.
