About the Role
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you'll work closely with the Field Sales Manager (FSM) to promote and support our Endoscopy product offerings. This role will involve a combination of sales and technical support, ensuring that customers receive the highest standard of service for capital equipment and consumables. You'll be part of a dedicated team, responsible for the delivery, installation, maintenance, and support of medical products, contributing to the achievement of targets for Capital Endoscopy.
Territory: National (ROI/NI) - Field-based
Ideal Candidate Location: Leinster
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of product range, technical specifications, pricing, features, and benefits.
Educate customers and team members on product features, handling, and new technologies.
Inspect, repair, and service medical equipment in the field.
Maintain demo equipment to ensure all components meet quality standards.
Provide emergency assistance and coordinate product installations, maintenance, repairs, and breakdowns.
Support customers on-site while ensuring compliance with quality procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Regularly review territory performance with the Field Sales Manager and submit monthly reports.
Conduct competitor activity scans and map the territory.
Support and promote nurse study days, exhibitions, and workshops.
Communicate effectively with the Field Sales Manager and attend conference calls and sales meetings.
Use up-to-date product literature and presentations to engage relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with the Service Department to ensure equipment care.
The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of clinical and technical knowledge experience.
Drive and ambition to meet and exceed targets.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable meeting customers frequently and traveling within the assigned territory.
A full, clean driver's license.
A flexible approach to work and enthusiasm for embracing new challenges.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: €50,000-€60,000 (DOE).
Annual Bonus Potential: €15,000.
