We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our global technology client's development centre in Dublin. As the DC Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving various strategic projects and ensuring operational excellence. This role is an integral part of a crucial programme, which is focused on sustainable hiring practises, exceptional candidate experiences, and supporting the business and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Interview Skilling:
- Schedule and manage training sessions for interviewers.
- Track training progress and measure satisfaction metrics.
- Manage a pipeline of trained candidates, ensuring interview readiness.
2. Interview Availability:
- Build a robust pool of trained interviewers across disciplines and levels.
- Partner with recruitment and stakeholders to ensure weekly interviewer availability.
- Coordinate shadowing sessions for newly trained interviewers.
3. Project Reporting:
- Collaborate with the global talent lead and recruitment partners to define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Develop and present comprehensive reports on scope, schedule, risks, and performance metrics.
4. Communication:
- Provide timely project updates, including executive-level reporting.
- Create engaging content for internal communications on platforms like SharePoint.
5. Onboarding:
- Partner with the Business Manager to deliver exceptional monthly employee orientation sessions.
6. Governance:
- Drive issue resolution and risk management.
- Lead project meetings, summarise key outcomes, and assign action points.
- Enable equitable cross-site hiring processes across teams.
Success Metrics:
- Ensure 80%+ of eligible interviewers are trained.
- Meet 100% of weekly interviewer demand.
- Achieve monthly offer acceptance targets.
- Steady positive trends in post-onboarding feedback.
- Recognise OI contributors through events and ongoing kudos initiatives.
