Location Limerick (Own Transport Required)
Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory control data within the systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Ensure timely replenishment of our client's stock, guaranteeing smooth operations.
Load inquiries and sales orders onto the systems promptly, meeting customer delivery requirements and achieving savings targets.
Utilise preferred sources of supply to load purchase orders onto the systems efficiently.
Expedite outstanding materials, ensuring delivery agreements are met, and promptly communicate any changes to customers.
Assist in identifying and sourcing parts and equipment, taking part in commercial negotiations to meet customer needs.
Provide information, feedback, and data to site management, supporting customer reports and Key Performance Indicators for effective planning and operational efficiency.
Adhere to our client's health and safety policies, complying with all regulations and promptly reporting non-conformance's.
Identify potential improvements in processes to enhance operational efficiency for our client and their customers.
What we're looking for:
A passionate individual with previous Stores and Buying experience.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
