We are currently seeking a skilled Service Administrator to join our client located in Finglas, Dublin.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day customer enquiries, planning scheduled and unscheduled service events, and providing assistance to both customers and internal colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
*Documenting customer inquiry information within appropriate systems.
*Providing quotations and resolving customer issues by utilising their understanding of processes, systems, and practises.
*The Service Administrator will escalate complex issues and provide feedback to support improvement projects aimed at enhancing customer experiences and organisational goals.
*Planning scheduled and unscheduled service events including the scheduling of the Field Service Engineers
*Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
*Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
*Provides full Technical Support to all relevant staff, customers and dealers as required, and act as local single point of contact to Customers.
*Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Experience
*Proven experience in aftermarket customer support, preferred but not essential.
*Industry knowledge in the repair and maintenance of Electromechanical Equipment, preferred but not essential.
*Computer Literate.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
*Ability to work under pressure with self-drive and initiative.
