Great new role - Senior Scrum Master job - contract - 12 months in Galway!
We have a great opportunity to join successful growing teams in Galway working in a great environment for an experienced Scrum Master.
Hybrid working - You would need to go to the office for 5 consecutive days per month and maybe more.
You will perform the scrum master role and responsible for building and maintaining meaningful and positive relationships with Business Partners, Customers and Team Members. You will drive process improvements, streamline delivery metrics and best practices and have a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing associates. We are looking for a strong leader who can influence, improve key metrics, make suggestions!
The Scrum Master is responsible for sprint planning, prioritizing, tracking and driving web development projects through the sprint development cycle. This position will work with technical teams to run the sprint ceremonies, design teams and stakeholders to fully define the work, as well as business stakeholders to prioritize and plan sprints and releases.
Skills required:
� Extensive experience in a similar role as a Scrum Master, working with different level stakeholders (8-10 years plus)
� Passionate about Agile
� Relevant certificates, ideally Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
� Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or similar technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
� Proven ability to analyse and understand business problems
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
