We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our client's dynamic team in Galway (2 days per week in the Office) on permanent basis. This is a Techno Functional role.

As a senior consultant, you will play a crucial role in customer engagements, focusing on D365 CRM, Business Applications, and client strategy. You will have the chance to contribute to the enhancement of our client's support capability and play a key role in delivering successful client engagements.
You will own the delivery responsibilities for client engagements, including Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and transformations, application modernisation, security, and business outcomes. You will provide technical leadership on engagements and provide valuable feedback on the evolution of solutions; support D365-focused sales support by estimating, developing high-level solutions, creating delivery strategies, and delivering workshops; collaborate with business and strategy teams to identify sales opportunities and unlock their full potential; conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility; run workshops.
Skills:
* Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Previous Microsoft 365 Technical experience, development.
* Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships.
* Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
* A team player who collaborates effectively with others.
* Willingness to travel based on client/project locations (Galway-based).
* A motivated attitude with a proactive approach to delivering client requirements.
* Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
* A 3rd level qualification in a relevant field.
