About the Role: You'll play a critical role in delivering top-notch support and timely project execution. You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining technical infrastructure, including servers, computers, laptops, and mobile devices. Full driving license would be a requirement.
What We're Looking For:
Education: 3rd level qualification in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience: Strong background in IT, with a focus on infrastructure-related, customer-oriented roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, MS Office 365, servers' installations / configuration and administration in virtual environments.
Bonus Points: Experience with Azure (certification is a plus).
Networking: Knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, and remote access servers.
Personal Qualities: Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements: Full driving license.
