As a Senior Systems Business Systems Analyst, your focus will be on gathering requirements from business stakeholders and performing systems analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodology and the ability to translate business requirements into specific systems requirements. You will be driving analysis, design, and support business management solutions.
Requirements:
Extensive Business and Systems Analysis experience, with a solid understanding of Agile methodology.
Ability to understand technology and software applications.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency and experience in working directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
Strong interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills.
Collaborative work style and ability to contribute effectively within a team.
Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into well-defined, consumable epics and stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria.
Continuous improvement attitude and encouragement of an Agile way of working.
Experience with SQL queries is desirable.
Experience with Jira or Jira Align.
Third-level qualification in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification.
