Our client, a leading dynamic organisation, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their Customer Solutions team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building a best-in-class digital experience that empowers customers.

This role is a contract for 12 months in Galway. We also have permanent roles. You would need to be based within commutable distance to attend their office (hybrid working policy).
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to execute decisions and roadmaps in the product area (financial services).

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with squad and experience leads to execute product decisions and roadmaps
* Identify and document business requirements, current and future states, and provide feedback for process improvements
* Utilise workflow design, data analysis, and data visualisation to drive impact
* Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, facilitating story refinement sessions and demo sprint deliverables
* Conduct end-to-end business acceptance testing and ensure traceability of test cases
* Communicate client feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Manage dependencies across teams and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, or similar Agile backlog management tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
* Agile experience preferred
