Salesforce Admin /Ops Contract Dublin 12 Months. My client a leading global firm is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Salesforce Admin /Ops Engineer to join them on a contract basis for 12 months.
The purpose of this person is to be the production readiness steward for my clients products. As a Business Operations SRE, You are responsible for ensuring that their platform is stable and healthy. They break down barriers to run their products by fostering developer run ownership and empowering developers to build resilient products.
Candidates will be expected to Analyses ITSM activities of the platform and provide feedback loop to development teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns.
Successful candidates will have experience with the Salesforce platform, understand Site Realiablity CI/CD, ITSM, Workbench, ALM, Automation, Monitoring. Having a good understanding of Automation is key here also. This role will be for someone with around 2-4 years of commercial experience. The Day to Day Activities will have you performing SRE duties so having a mindset and a need to work on Automation. Your duties will include Monitoring, Performing Salesforce Admin activities, Salesforce Case resolution, Automation & Monitoring Setup, involvement in Various Audits, ALM and ITSM Data quality management, Change Execution, RCA preparation, Service requests, Problem Investigations etc. There is flexibility on office presence it can be more remote than on-site, it will depend on the candidate but in some cases can also be fully remote.
