Recruiting Coordination

6 months contract

Hybrid - Cork

Our client, a leading organisation in the recruitment industry, is currently seeking an exceptional and talented Recruiting Coordinator to join their team for a 6-month temporary contract. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide first-class administrative support to our client's EU Operations Recruiters and deliver excellent customer support to candidates. You will be responsible for managing a large number of recruitment processes for various client groups in our Operations Network. This role requires multitasking, working independently, paying high attention to detail, and effectively interfacing with candidates and business leaders at all levels.



Key responsibilities:

� Supporting the recruitment team in the administration of the complete application management process for open roles

� Being the first point of contact for all candidates

� Scheduling a high volume of meetings and handling travel bookings involving recruitment stakeholders from countries worldwide

� Communicating with candidates, providing customer support, and updating them on the progress of their applications

� Providing ad hoc recruitment administrative support



Qualifications:

� Previous experience in a recruitment or HR-related role

� Excellent written and spoken business skills with the ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written and verbal responses

� Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented

� Strong organisational skills

� Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers

� Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

� Excellent problem-solving skills

� Passionate commitment to delivering exceptional results and supporting our client's emergence as a customer-centric organisation

� Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Polish) is recommended



Preferred qualifications:

� Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

� Knowledge of an additional European language (German, Italian, Polish, French, or Spanish) is a plus
