Exciting Opportunity for a Project Manager

Are you a dynamic and driven Project Manager seeking a new challenge? Our client, a successful manufacturing company based in Charleville, Co Cork, is looking for a talented individual to join their team. With a strong reputation in delivering high purity process systems to the Pharma, Biotech, Food and Beverage, and Chemical Industries, our client offers a stimulating work environment and exciting projects to work on.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of project, process, and mechanical engineers.
Collaborate closely with clients to exceed their expectations.
Manage all aspects of the project including design, procurement, construction, and testing activities.
Drive internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
Ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and highest quality standards.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to meet customer expectations.
Consider the commercial impact of project decisions.
Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and report on project status.
Review and analyse client specifications, manage P&ID's, and control changes.
Generate and review project engineering deliverables and documentation.
Approve purchase requisition forms.
Conduct design reviews and inspect the mechanical build process.
Facilitate project communications and reports.
Assist with incoming inspection of project equipment and components.
Collaborate with internal departments to achieve project objectives.
Provide FAT and commissioning support for projects.
Previous Experience & Role Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a related industry.
BEng in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process, Chemical Engineering, or similar field.
Strong mechanical and process engineering experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
Proficient in MS Office tools.
Excellent telephone manner, oral and written communication skills in English.
Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.
Attention to detail and adaptability.
Strong team player with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Proven ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a multi-disciplinary project team.
