We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Projects Coordinator to join our Global Payroll team. This role will drive payroll transformation projects, including Employee Leave enhancements and ad-hoc initiatives, while developing key metrics and dashboards. It requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning to ensure seamless payroll transformations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead International Payroll Projects: Manage payroll-related projects, including HR initiatives, benefits changes, new legal entity payroll readiness, regulatory updates, and other cross-functional projects impacting payroll operations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Employment Tax, Benefits, Accounting, HR, Legal, and Internal/External Auditors to analyze payroll-related challenges, develop business requirements, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance processes, systems, data management, reporting, and analytics in alignment with the global payroll strategy.
* Business Readiness & Deployment: Ensure the Global Payroll Operations team is fully prepared before launching new processes and system enhancements.
* Prioritization & Roadmap Execution: Communicate priorities, outline partner requirements, and drive alignment for the Global Payroll Transformation Roadmap.
* Implement Global Standards: Work with the Payroll Operations team to integrate project outcomes in line with global best practices, ensuring proactive system evaluation and effective implementation planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
* Senior experience in Payroll, Finance, or HR operations, preferably within a global organization.
* Proven project management experience in HR/Payroll-related projects, building project plans, and ensuring successful execution.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and align priorities across functions.
* Familiarity with Workday, ADP payroll platforms, and benefits systems like Darwin.
* Understanding of Lean Sigma principles for process improvement.
* Relevant payroll or project management certifications such as CIPP, CPP, FPC, or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) would be a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, meetings-heavy role, collaborating with CWAM and leadership to resolve payroll issues and optimize processes.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop roadmaps, plan go-live strategies, and influence upstream efforts to ensure payroll efficiency.
A valid full-time right to work in Ireland is required for this position.
