Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a highly skilled Principal UX Designer to join their successful growing team in Galway (hybrid working policy).
In this role, you will lead the development of a user experience strategy for their next-generation platform.
You will drive design strategy, consistency, and product excellence across teams; inspire the team to deeply understand customer needs, motivations, and behaviours, pushing the boundaries of problem-solving; differentiate between good and bad customer experiences, raising the bar for product excellence; facilitate design sessions with cross-functional teams, driving the process toward the best solution.
Skills:
* Extensive experience in UX, information architecture, interaction design, or similar roles.
* Knowledgeable about the latest digital technologies and design trends, including design system management.
* Strong leadership.
* Excellent communication skills.
