PMO Project Administrator Contract 6-18 Months. My client a global leader in their space is in urgent need of a talented and experienced PMO Project Administrator to join them on a contract basis for 6-18 Months.
My client is looking for a talented PMO Support with PMO and project administration experience to work in the Risk Finance Technology team. As PMO support, you will be responsible for supporting the Technology Project Managers in their planning, coordinating and delivery of projects. The role requires engagement from multiple teams and stakeholder groups, including Change Management, Scrum Teams and Vendors. Key responsibilities include supporting the Technology team on implementing governance, ensuring compliance to standards, supporting project delivery, managing risks and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the projects.
Successful candidates will have a Governance/Compliance mindset, with ability to ensure adherence to Audit requirements You will have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. You will have the ability to create templates/artefacts with clear messaging. Your MS Office will be at a Advanced Level, you will also have experience working in an Agile development environment. It will be expected you have experience with work management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence. It would be ideal and a distinct advantage to have Financial services experience with an understanding of financial products, business processes and terminology.
