In this role, you will be responsible for implementing standards of operations and maintenance practises that maximise portfolio performance. You will work closely with the business to ensure that operational and performance processes are fully understood and embedded in Asset Management in Generation & Trading. Your keen analytical skills will be put to use as you analyse data to identify factors influencing plant performance and liaise with all generation locations on any performance issues. Additionally, you will prepare performance briefs, calculate unit-specific costs, and develop and review unit Technical Offer Data.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4-5 years of technical/operational experience, preferably in power plant or heavy industry operations, maintenance, and refurbishments. Strong analytical capability, stakeholder management and leadership skills, and excellent communication and reporting skills are also required. A 3rd Level Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience in Engineering is essential.
