Partner Sales Specialist

Our client's dynamic team is currently looking for a talented candidate to join them as Partner Sales Specialist and play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration among internal and external stakeholders. Together, you will enhance partner strategies, accelerate joint pipeline development, and support co-selling initiatives that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with account teams, solution teams, digital sales, and customer success to align partner strategies and propel business growth.
- Facilitate partner-to-partner collaborations by leveraging solution/practise maps and innovative marketing campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.
- Drive co-selling initiatives with strategic solution partners, focusing on joint pipeline development and increasing product adoption.
- Ensure co-sell prioritisation and pipeline coverage by actively engaging with partners and internal sales teams.
- Collect and analyse partner and customer feedback to identify success blockers, streamline processes, and enhance collaboration.
- Uphold compliance with sales policies and best practises to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience in core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, or business development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively drive strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience working with reports and tools such as MSX Insights to derive actionable insights.
