As the MRF Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations at the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). Your contributions will empower the team to maximise productivity while ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Supervising MRF personnel to ensure efficient and safe completion of tasks.
Identifying and implementing best practises that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Monitoring performance data and guiding the team in meeting KPI targets.
Collaborating with the MRF Manager on work schedules to ensure operational needs are met.
Overseeing daily operations, material handling, and resource utilisation.
Ensuring incoming loads meet quality standards while swiftly addressing any contamination issues.
Managing the compliant handling and separation of waste to appropriate outlets.
Implementing and managing maintenance programmes for all MRF equipment.
Upholding health & safety guidelines by ensuring team training and addressing any concerns promptly.
Supporting various operational activities as needed.

We are looking for someone with:

Proven supervisory experience in production or waste management settings.
A strong leadership presence that can motivate and inspire diverse teams in a multi-shift environment.
Technical familiarity with MRF equipment and mobile plant machinery.
Excellent communication skills that foster team collaboration.
