𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* To maintain condition and performance of automation cells, Robotics and Vision inspection systems
* Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical an pneumatic equipment to find faults and repair them in timely manner
* Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance and document it
* Optimise machine cycle times and lead other process improvements
* Participate in development and commissioning of automated equipment
* Maintain adequate spare parts stock levels
* Assist developing technical documentation
* Carry out changeover of machines in line with production schedule
𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲:
* Relevant experience in manufacturing environment (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation)
* Working experience with robots and machine vision inspection systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Computer literate with MS Office skills
* Experience commissioning and optimising new equipment
