Role Purpose:
As an integral part of our IT Infrastructure & Network team, you will provide top-notch technical support to our end users across the organisation. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ensuring that our systems run smoothly!

You will collaborate with the IT Helpdesk team to support users on critical systems, including:
- Microsoft 365
- WAN & LAN networks
- Firewalls
- VMWare & Windows Server
- Windows 10/11 deployment and support
- OS and Software patching
- Various business applications
Uphold best practises for IT security throughout our network.
Maintain and support our Local and Wide Area Networks.
Assist with the update and testing of the Business Continuity Plan as needed.
Provide out-of-hours support and travel between locations when necessary.
Follow the procurement process for hardware and software purchases.
Research, source, and implement innovative software/hardware solutions.

Skills:

IT Degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience as a computer technician or in a similar role.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills and thorough knowledge of IT components.
Experience with LAN/WAN networks.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to IT best practises.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
