Our client, a leading organisation in the Dublin area, is seeking a Head of IT to join their team. As the Head of IT, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organisation's information technology infrastructure and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead IT projects and shape the IT strategy, ensuring the company stays ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert knowledge and an innovative approach to support and deliver the IT strategy
- Lead and manage the IT function, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to budget
- Define and manage platforms for remote access and collaboration
- Drive Microsoft 365 administration and implement strategies for SharePoint and MS Teams integration
- Develop IT hardware, applications, and systems across the organisation
- Ensure system and data security and reliability
- Manage relationships with technology partners and suppliers
- Champion cyber security and risk management practises
- Provide data analytics and KPI reporting from the ERP system

Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional or technical qualifications preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role
- Strong background in IT infrastructure and network management
- Expertise in cyber security, database management, cloud computing, and ERP/Business Systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Thorough understanding of cloud-based technologies
