Key Responsibilities:

*Responsible for all local financial reporting in accordance with Group policies and agreed deadlines. Responsible for ensuring that all Group compliance requirements are fully and consistently implemented.
*Ensure all Financial Processing activities are effectively and efficiently carried out with full responsibility for all compliance, procedural and system control matters.
*Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop business acumen, commercial awareness and to act as a strategic business partner.
*Direct responsibility for managing the local on-site finance team including administration support.
*Manage the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial forecasting and budgeting in accordance with Group policies and agreed deadlines.
*Generate and monitor appropriate key performance indicators generating insights and creating an effective link between information and decision making.
*Drive performance, margin and accountability improvement in conjunction with other functions while fostering a continuous improvement culture.
*Capital Expenditure - Prepare CapEx budgets and responsible for ongoing monitoring of same.


Experience/Education/Skills:

*Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or relevant field, or equivalent in experience.
*Full accountant qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA) or equivalent.
*3+ years of relevant experience post qualification.
*Experience working in an environment using SAP and Hyperion and/or ERP systems is desirable.
*Proven track record in maximising team performance.
*Highly motivated and hardworking attitude.
*Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
*Strong team player and with good people management/leadership skills.
*Manufacturing or relevant industry experience desirable.
