We are currently seeking a highly qualified Director of Facilities & Operations to join our client's team based in Dublin.

As the Director of Facilities & Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team focused on delivering quality services to support the success of our client's businesses. This includes overseeing operational risk management, vendor management, critical infrastructure & engineering, repairs & maintenance, amenities, cleaning, landscaping, and more.

The Director, Facilities & Operations will be based in Dublin and oversee all operational aspects of our client's international portfolio comprising of c.130,000 square feet of office space in Dublin, Galway, London, Hong Kong & Tokyo, and other locations as may be assigned.

This is a fully onsite role, with travel required between Dublin and Galway. Additionally, there will be international travel to the UK twice a year, and to Hong Kong and Tokyo once a year.

Salary: €90,000 -€95,000

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the VP, Facilities & Operations, you will lead a global team dedicated to delivering quality services that drive the success of our client's businesses.
- You will oversee various functions within facilities management, including operational risk management, vendor management, critical infrastructure & engineering, repairs & maintenance, amenities (hospitality, fitness & food & beverage), cleaning, landscaping, and others.
- Financial stewardship is also crucial, as you will review and approve building expenses
-Ensuring outsourced resources comply with contractual agreements and focusing on risk mitigation and operational excellence will be essential.
- Cultivating partnerships with Global Security & Investigations, Enterprise Infrastructure, and Enterprise Business Resiliency will ensure business unit contingency needs are met during events.
- Develop and present an annual and multi-year regional operating and infrastructure capital plan to senior leaders.
- The nature of this role may lead to emergency escalations throughout the day, to which you will be notified and involved in resolving. This position requires 100% on-site presence, with occasional travel.

Skills:

- 10+ years of real estate management experience with increasing responsibility is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, facilities management, architecture, engineering, or related areas.
- Customer service-focused and easily forge strong relationships.
- Quick-thinking and remain calm during stressful or emergent situations.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
