Country Operations Manager - Ireland

The Role:
As the Country Operations Manager for Ireland, you will lead a team of project and managed services professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding service to clients. Your focus will be on improving efficiency, productivity, and quality while ensuring budgetary compliance and a safe working environment.
You will work closely with the Sales team, Heads of Country, and senior leadership to ensure operational alignment with business strategies, processes, and procedures. Additionally, collaboration with Strategic Account Operations Managers will be essential for effective resource utilisation and process standardisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall operational strategy in line with company goals.
Understand client-specific operational needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Foster strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Meet and exceed financial and margin expectations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimisation.
Efficiently manage resources, budgets, and supply chain logistics.
Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing operational team.
Set KPIs and performance expectations while providing coaching and support.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Manage supplier and vendor relationships to optimise costs and service quality.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Communicate client feedback for continuous improvement.
Establish key metrics to measure operational performance and impact.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in operational leadership within cabling, ICT infrastructure, or technology service projects and managed services.
Strong relationships with key clients in the industry.
Analytical and strategic thinking with problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of industry standards and contract law (FIDIC/Others).
