We are looking for an exceptional, Content Support Analyst who will set up, configure and maintain devices (MacOS) for editing, testing, and documentation as per instructions provided by the client.
Communicate and update vendor project manager on the status of assigned tasks.
The person in this role must be able to multitask, work independently, take a hands-on approach and pay high attention to detail. You will cover all administrative tasks using Excel. You'll need outstanding communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in an innovative environment.
You should also demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent results in a very short timeframe. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a highly dynamic environment.
Tasks will include:
Able to perform internet research and phone calls with local authorities or map relevant data companies.
Able to identify and/or verify local data to be integrated into our maps, either public data or private data (e. g. road closures or completion, railroad changes, etc.).
Identified data and/or data sources shall be described in English afterward and general information for data integration must be sent to the specific and relevant teams at Maps.
Basic Qualifications:
Fluent in Norwegian, with strong language skills and deep knowledge of the Norwegian market, as well as proficiency in English
Excellent written and spoken business skills and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written & verbal responses
Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards
An additional Graduation or 12 years of education is the minimum qualification requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
Driving experience for at least 3.
