Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and communicate: Lead end-to-end project plans with stakeholders and teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
- Identify risks and opportunities: Proactively assess project landscapes, addressing gaps and potential issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee delivery and quality: Conduct regular check-ins and updates to maintain project momentum and uphold high standards.
- Enhance processes: Develop and implement efficient administrative and coordination practises to streamline operations.
- Meet deadlines: Ensure that all tasks are completed within specified timeframes while maintaining an unwavering attention to detail.
- Drive results: Take ownership of projects, making informed decisions and driving outcomes effectively.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in project management.
- Familiarity with technical training programmes and education systems is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner, Project for the Web).
- Excellent verbal and written skills to facilitate effective coordination across teams.
- Proven ability to thrive in a remote setting with self-discipline and strong time management.
- Willingness to work across different time zones as needed.
