We are seeking an Account Coordinator to support our global tech client in the digital advertising space. This role supports the Global Media Sales team by triaging, assigning, and resolving ticket requests from internal stakeholders and addressing client escalations related to bulk search optimizations and feature adoption.
This role emphasizes consistent execution, compliance, and collaborative problem-solving. Key success metrics include task quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and SLA performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Account Team with tasks including: - Creating and analyzing reports and dashboards (e.g., Excel, PBi). - Identifying optimizations and providing account analysis. - Managing account administration.
- Build and deliver client-facing reports.
- Coordinate with Ops teams for creative flighting and updates.
- Track requests via a ticketing system and troubleshoot issues to completion.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and guidelines.
- Monitor account health and recommend optimizations.
- Manage team workload and schedules in coordination with colleagues.
- Drive process and tool innovations to improve team efficiency.
- Stay updated on new product releases and reporting functionalities.
Required Qualifications:
