Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests.
Respond to technical support calls from end-users, offering assistance with computers and software applications.
Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including deploying necessary hardware.
Maintain detailed issue documentation to create a comprehensive reference for future use.
Oversee the asset register, accurately tracking all technology assets.
Provide user training and develop support guides to empower users.
Contribute to various service improvement projects to enhance technology services.
Install and configure new computers and software, ensuring seamless integration into the infrastructure.
Set up user accounts and profiles, ensuring proper access and security.

Required Skills and Experience:

Outstanding customer service abilities, ensuring a positive experience for all users.
Proficiency in systems administration, showcasing the ability to manage and maintain IT systems effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, capable of troubleshooting and supporting these platforms.
Proven ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced work environments, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
2nd Line End user support is a must.

Qualifications:

Prior help desk experience is essential.

Interviews will be taking place in Dublin City.
